Hi, I’m Jodi Yerta—and yep, I love food! My journey with nutrition started way back when I was a skinny high school kid. In college, my coach told me to gain 15 pounds of muscle for softball, but without a clue about nutrition, I just ate out all the time and gained 15 pounds of…well, not muscle! After years of yo-yo dieting and quick fixes, I finally realized I needed a better approach, especially after my mom’s early passing. I wanted to live a healthy, fulfilling life—not one that meant only eating chicken and broccoli every day (seriously, I can’t stand broccoli!).When the pandemic hit, I left Corporate America, got certified in nutrition, and dove into my passion. Now, after losing 35 pounds and keeping it off, I’m here to help others transform their health for good.
